You can't really trust the ROMs on the net as you can easily switch the language with 30 seconds and a hex editor. This means that JPN v1.0 has the same compile date and time as US v1.0, etc. The Japanese N64 versions of OoT have the same compile dates and times as their American counterparts, down to the second.
